I found this on a Tiggy3 forum in Germany where a leasing company reported very recently:

Thanks, but it seems that everything is totally "random" and luck in play who'll get it first ;)

In your post you are mentioning production weeks and it seams like you are trecking this somewhere -> is there an VW official web site or app where you can track the status of your car?
My dealer said he can check the progress of his customers' orders on the internal VW website. He said that customers do not have access to the page, but it looks like this -

Has anyone on build week 4 (this week) heard if their car has left the factory yet? I’m probably to early thinking this but sooner it leaves the sooner I can get it

I've been told I'm on build week 4 and the dealer is expecting the car at the start of March

Given we are only half way through Week4 I doubt many (if any) Week4 build cars have left the factory, indeed your car may only joist be starting to be built. As a general guide the VW car shipper has 2 weeks to get the car from the factory to Emden and the 2 weeks from arrival in the UK to the dealer. In recent months that seems to have slipped and it can now take anything up to 6 weeks from factory to dealer. Also once in the UK the dealer has no knowledge of when the cr will arrive at their location. Many tales of cars just randomly turning up totally unannounced at the dealer.

Here's some relevant facts.

Fact 1. See these images of [most of] a Tiggy3 PHEV VIN number, and another sticker on its. front wing. This car was at a VW dealer yesterday [and maybe before yesterday.] I think they show the car was built on 3rd January 2025.

Fact 2. My own Tiggy3 PHEV order got a VIN number less than 400 cars higher than the car in Fact 1 [almost identical.] Mine had a "confirmed production" in week 202451, the week before Christmas, and on January 12 the VW computer system said it had left the factory gates. As of January 22 [yesterday] it was at Emden, being loaded on a ship

.

Fact 3. Elan2s has kindly told us that cars get from the factory gates to Emden within 2 weeks, and get from the UK port to the VW dealer in 2 weeks more.

Fact 4. This page https://www.vwtype3and4club.org.uk/dati ... brochures). says that 51-3-.... is a code for week 51, day 3[Weds.]

Who can tell us more? :?

If you have the VIN number, erWin will tell you exactly when your car was produced, but you have to create an account and buy an 1h access for 8 EURO.
https://volkswagen.erwin-store.com/erwin/showHome.do
When I received the VIN, I paid and found out exactly the date my care was built and also you can download from there all the service manuals for the Tiguan (body, paint, electrical, maintainance, etc.).
There are a lot of stuff you can learn and do yourself from those manuals, as they have every step, basically, I think the service uses those also.
You can also see the all the TPI for the car, what the TPI was/is for, what the problem was, the steps to correct, etc.
There is no other way to find out the build date except for erWin or when you receive the car, there is a sticker on the right side front door pillar, and there is a code from which you can decode the build date.
At my car, the date decoded from the code on the sticker matches exactly the date from erWin.

I've just had an email from the salesperson yesterday saying mine is built and at the dock ready to be shipped to uk. I was told it was week 4 build date.
Ordered July 24.
R-LINE 1.5 Urano Grey if that's any help.
