I ordered my R Line 1.5 eTSI with the panoramic roof and iQ Matrix LED headlights. I was told 3 months for delivery. Order was accepted on the 17th July. Anyone ordered around the same time and not have a build week yet?

I ordered my R-line 2.0TSI 4Motion on the 23rd of July. Was initially told that the estimated delivery is in December. Was quite surprised that it's that long but oh well. Wrote to the dealer last week and asked if the build week has been confirmed but now they said that the estimated build week is in February but more info should arrive during september. Smells fishy. I live in Estonia.

I’ve emailed my dealer a few times and she said theres no changes but said that this is normal. People have said the sunroof can delay them. She told me to expect to have it in 3 months. The UK seems to get cars quicker

Not sure that will continue to be the case. There are reports in the UK press today saying that dealers are starting to notice supply issues on new ICE vehicles as manufacturers seek to ensure that they do not exceed the 78% threshold permitted (need to sell 22% EV) to avoid paying fines of £15k per vehicle over the threshold. Apparently delivery dates for non-EV vehicles are moving to next year. Next year it will be even worse as the proportion of new EV vehicles they need to sell will rise again.

Mine was ordered towards the end of August. Stock Elegance with Winter Pack. My dealer says it’s due in December. Fingers crossed.

Volkswagen told me that the build week is showing May 2025 for mine now. But the dealer said that’s a generic answer that they give to all
