Persimmon Red Tiguan

Match eTSI 150PS with optional Bologna wheels. An unseen factory order in March as no demonstrators in the dealership. Colour looked bright and zingy in car magazine reviews albeit photographed in the South of France. The colour is my big disappointment. Curiously the colour isn't as bright in real life as in my own photo so I was rather disappointed having passed my Flash Red T Cross to my son. The Tiguan's Persimmon Red is brighter in the sunlight but looks positively a terracotta colour when the weather is dull.

Well I have the persimmon Red and I agree that the shade of red does seem to change quite noticeably depending on atmospheric light conditions.
Can’t say I’ve ever seen it as terracotta, though, which I think of as a sort of earthenware brown!
Know what you mean, though!
Disappointing that it doesn’t quite hit the spot for you!

It's odd as I saw a R line at the dealers that was very bright and shiny then at a different dealers I saw a slightly more basic version and that looked duller, I think the trim on certain versions can lift the colour.
